CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled only if processing or customization has not yet begun.

Once blouse stitching, Maggam work, fall/pico, alterations, customization, or shipping preparation has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Siya reserves the right to cancel and refund an order in the rare event that an item becomes unavailable or an inventory error occurs.
