BLOUSE STITCHING & CUSTOMIZATION POLICY

We love creating customized looks for our customers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate blouse measurements and communicating their preferred style, sleeve length, neckline, padding requirements, and other specifications.

Once measurements and design details have been confirmed and stitching has begun, changes may not be possible.

Because every person’s body shape and preferred fit are different, minor alterations may occasionally be required after receiving a stitched blouse.

Siya cannot guarantee an exact fit when measurements are provided remotely by the customer.

If incorrect measurements are provided, any alteration or restitching expenses, including shipping, will be the customer’s responsibility.

For handcrafted Maggam work, embroidery, or other custom work, slight variations from reference photographs may occur because each blouse is individually made.
